The Wirral Loop is a 36-mile way-marked route around the edge of the Wirral Peninsula. With a real mix of terrain - fields, cycleways, industrial and forest - it’s an interesting ride taking in some of the highlights of the peninsula. Approximately 3/4 of the route is traffic

Yesterday my son and I completed a 24 mile ride around Portland, visiting Portland Bill, Chisel Beach and Weymouth. It was a lovely, if very windy, ride mostly along cycle paths from Weymouth to Portland and then roads (with a few tracks through in for good fun) to Portland Bill.
