Hellenic Mountain Race
You can now apply for a place on the Hellenic Mountain Race in Greece. This (along with the Atlas Mountain Race) is on my bucket list for when I retire as they’re always during the school term or require me to take days off either side of a holiday.
It’s a whooping 920km route with 27,800ft of assent and very little support. Make sure you read the Race Manual before applying for this ride! This is ride like no other!

June 6th: The Double Peak
200km, 15 hours to complete this massive route in the Dark & White Peak. Expect smooth gravel roads, broken roads & everything in between. With camping for the weekend in Bakewell, this is a glorious mid summer gravel weekend.
After completing the Peak District X today this is the next step up!

August 29th: The Kielder Triple Crown
2026 marks 100 years of Kielder Forest and the 5th edition of the mighty Kielder Triple Crown. Take on one, two or three loops around Kielder including the classic forest loop on smooth forest roads, the border loop going into Scotland on remote, beautiful trails and the Kielder Water loop around the lake. A massive day out and a cracking gravel weekend in this stunning forest.
